Who we are

Northstar Agentics was founded by operators — people who started, ran, scaled, and sold businesses. We've sat in the seat you're sitting in. We know what it's like to be the first one in and the last one out, and to start every morning reconciling what actually happened overnight from texts, calls, and half-finished reports.

That perspective is why we build for one vertical instead of ten. Commercial and industrial property operations have a specific daily rhythm — shift coverage, incidents, work orders, tenant activity — and Hollis is built around that rhythm, not adapted to it after the fact.

What we believe

• An AI agent must earn trust: when data is stale, Hollis says so instead of guessing.
• Depth beats breadth. One vertical, understood completely, beats a generic toolkit.
