Evaluation contact-form consent
The evaluation contact form asks you to agree to our Terms of Service and to let Northstar Agentics contact you about your request. Completing that form does not enroll you in text messages.
Northstar Agentics LLC builds property-management software used by commercial property managers. As part of that software we send text-message notifications on behalf of the property managers who use it, including Cohen Frank Property Management (CFPM).
Who receives messages
Only people who have asked to receive them: tenants under a lease, on-site employees, and contracted maintenance vendors of the property manager.
What we send
Transactional service notifications only — confirmation that a maintenance request was received, updates on its status, appointment and access windows, and building operations notices such as fire alarm testing or a scheduled utility shutoff. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
Either by texting the property manager's published maintenance line, or by ticking the optional SMS box on the tenant contact form. Consent is optional and is never a condition of a lease, of submitting a maintenance request, or of receiving any service.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with anyone, and we do not use them for marketing purposes. Numbers collected for text-message notifications are used only to deliver those notifications.
